Omaha, Nebraska's KETV reports that a drunken driving (DUI) charge against a police officer from Omaha has been dismissed on Wednesday, April 23 after his successful completion of a diversion program in Sarpy County.

This past November, Sgt. Harmon Moss was arrested in Bellevue, Nebraska after he was spotted by police speeding while off duty.

Since the incident occurred, Moss has been working at a desk. He entered a diversion program offered to first time offenders of driving under the influence, and upon completion a judge dismissed the charges against him.
